We are expanding rapidly due to our outstanding client service and looking for an experienced Xero bookkeeper to join us. Sound like you?

The position will start as casual with the potential of moving to part-time in the new year for the right candidate. We would love to take you with us as the business grows.

The role includes:

    • Xero bookkeeping services including:
      • accounts payable, accounts receivable duties and other financial reconciliations
      • capturing asset purchases and disposals
      • bank reconciliations
      • processing payroll, including super and all EOM procedures
      • assisting with preparing IAS & BAS
      • and more….
    • Client relationship management that includes introductory meetings, assessing their needs, ongoing communication, problem-solving and keeping the client smiling

We are looking for someone who is motivated, great with clients, passionate about bookkeeping, and someone who loves to take the lead and show initiative.   

Essential attributes

    • Xero bookkeeping experience across a range of different industries
    • Strong understanding of the fundamentals of bookkeeping
    • Good business acumen
    • Proactive and improvement orientated attitude
    • Client focused and flexible approach
    • Work autonomously, take initiative, prioritise and multitask
    • Ability to work to deadlines
    • Strong administration skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Precise written and personal communication skills
    • Accurate and consistent attention to detail.
    • Highly organised

Preferred but not essential attributes

    • Experience in any of the following
      •  NDIS
      • Allied Health
      • Construction
